The CDT2504 is a 4-channel (CDT2504-8) 􀁹 Operating voltage 2.5V~5.5V
or 3-channel (CDT2504-6) constant current 􀁹 Programmable Sink Current to ground
LED driver. It’s designed to operate as a 􀁹 Excellent 1% LED-to-LED Current Match
constant sink to drive the LEDs with 􀁹 Up to 60mA/LED bias current
externa l resistance in low power 􀁹 Thermal Protection Circuit
environment. The CDT2504 is based on a 􀁹 Standby Current <1uA
current-mirror architecture that transfers a 􀁹 Package type ：SOT23-6, SOP8
reference current produced at the SET pin to
each of four (three) open drain current
sinking outputs.
