Abstract: This article introduces the circuit of stable temperature thermostatically heater of
practical use, high sophistication and intelligence, which is developed with application of an
AD590 temperature sensor and an 80C51 microprocessor. It focuses on explaining structure of the system and the working theory of the heater. It also describes the characteristics of AD590, the hardware design and the software design. The heater has characteristics of little volume, low cost, high accuracy, easy actualization, hence of high practical value.
